Do you, your partners or employees understand waste and their related process improvement opportunities?

Based on the benchmark body of knowledge of the collaborative SME Lean bronze program, this 3 hour seminar will provide participants with a first-hand experience and basic knowledge of Lean productivity improvement. Participants will learn about and understand what non value added activities are presently impacting their processes, affecting customer satisfaction and how to make these processes better performing,  « Leaner » in resource utilization.

The seminar is designed in a practical fashion. Participants will be guided to experiment and live the emotions associated with a less formalized process. They will be coached to understand improvement opportunities and through Lean tools apply their learning to a more efficient, just in time process.

This course is an introduction to the Lean bronze pathway.

Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma process improvement, Kaizen facilitator and certified trainer. More than 25 years of experience in operations management and process improvement in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, telecom and healthcare sectors. Associated Lean Healthcare lecturer at HEC and ÉTS.

I specialize in facilitating improvement initiatives of goods and services production processes with union participation in private and public sector industries of all type.

I put a lot of emphasis on the people potential development aspects by involving employees in daily continuous improvement, such as daily operations meeting, Lean/Agile scrums and Kata improvement/coaching based on the Toyota approach.
